The following files may be downloaded from this site. Their content has been described in sects. 3, 4 and 5 of this document, respectively. The simulation data for the tutorials can be downloaded in a single, large file (13MB, gzip-ed version only, see below) or several smaller files. Each file comes in two compressed versions: the first one is tar-ed and gzip-ed (gzip and gunzip are available for Unix operating systems) while in the second version archives were created using the zip utility and are intended for use on PC systems (the Unix end-of-line character LF has been converted into the MS-DOS convention CR LF).
